Her leggings are marked with blue, and she has three stripes (trails) around her ankles.
The men wear a red blanket around their midsections. Both men wear German silver hairplate ornaments that reaches almost to the ground and each has two red streamers. The man in front wears a red shirt and holds the reins with his left hand. One wrapped braid falls down his shoulder. Two strands of beads are around his neck. His breechclouts and one visible legging are dark stroud cloth with one vertical stripe of white (undyed selvedge edge). The other man holds a bone quirt (see Petersen 1983: 294, fig. 26), raised over the horse�s rear. The man wears a dark cloth shirt with a beaded strip down the center, with blue and red. He wears identical leggings but red breechclout. The horse is dark except for face and hooves. Its loose tail is raised slightly.
